Overview

MSI was the independent reviewer for the Critical System Work for Klang Valley MRT. Working closely with members from other consultancy firms, MSI seek to minimize the gaps, conflicts as well as ambiguities in the tender documents prior to the tender calling for the Critical System Work Packages. Tapping into the years of knowledge and experience LTA has gained from calling tenders for numerous metro projects, MSI reviewed and provided constructive inputs in the drafting of the General Specifications, Particular Specifications and Interface Specifications prior to the client calling tender.
