Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hitachi Rail

MSI Global signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hitachi Rail on 6 November 2024. This collaboration will focus on key initiatives on Railway Training, promoting and utilizing the Singapore Rail Testing Centre (SRTC), and explore new business opportunities together.

This milestone was celebrated with an official signing ceremony, where Chua Chong Kheng, CEO of MSI Global, and Yu Feng Tang, General Manager of Hitachi Rail GTS Singapore, formalized the collaboration. The ceremony was witnessed by Liu Png Hock, SVP Business Development & Planning at MSI Global, and Kamel Boussadia, VP Sales and Business Development Urban Rail Signalling at Hitachi Rail.

This MOU marks the beginning of a partnership that will shape the future of rail, it will foster a highly skilled workforce for Singapore and the world.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Siemens

MSI Global and Siemens Mobility committed a to Strategic Partnership to develop local rail capabilities for Global Networks by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at InnoTrans2024 on 24th September 2024. This collaboration, with its three-pronged approach aims to:

a) Collectively Identify Industry Challenges and unlock new opportunities in rail

b) Establish frameworks for co-creation of rail innovations and to share best practices to address evolving demands in rail digitalization, safety enhancements and business sustainability.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TÜV Rheinland

TÜV Rheinland and MSI Global, signed a pivotal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance collaboration in the transportation sector. This agreement was formalized by Mr. Lars Walther, Global Business Field Manager, and Mr. Chua Chong Kheng, CEO of MSI Global, with support from Mr. Vincent Tan, Regional Field Manager, and Mr. John Lian, Vice President of MSI Global. The MOU was signed on the 25 September at the InnoTrans Mobility Exhibition in Berlin.

This strategic partnership allows for significant opportunities for both organizations, combining their expertise to improve operational efficiency, safety standards, and market reach across Asia and beyond.

The MoU aims to enhance innovation, expand market reach, share knowledge and expertise and promote exchange of safety standards and commitment to sustainable practices. By leveraging each other’s networks, both companies can access new geographical areas and customer bases.
