Overview

Ha’il Economic City (HEC) is 1 of the 6 Economic Cities sanctioned by the King of Saudi Arabia to diversify the Kingdom’s economic base. Our transport planning project that spanned from 2007 to 2008 catered for the city to house logistics and transportation services, said to be the largest of its kind in the Middle East over an area of about 156 km².

• Provide transport planning expertise in developing the master plan
• Develop a Strategic Transport Model for the proposed city
• Develop a conceptual layout plan for the proposed Passenger Train Station
